The customer met with us for the first time from June 18th to 20th, 2016. At that time, the customer visited many suppliers of cassava starch processing plants and had detailed discussions with them.

When he talked with us, we learned that he attaches the most importance to tapioca starch processing technology and the quality and stability of cassava processing machines, and prefers European starch processing technology. Later, through talking with our engineer, he found that the technology of our cassava starch processing plant machine is the same as that of Europe, and the price of our machine is lower than that of the European cassava starch processing machine supplier. After half a month of consideration, the final customer signed a contract with our company.

The client mainly plans to sell tapioca starch to a brewery in Ogun State. Therefore, he chose to build a tapioca starch processing plant near the brewery to save transportation costs. In order to meet the requirements of the brewery, the final production capacity is based on the input of 5 tons of cassava per hour, which can ensure the production of at least 25 tons of cassava starch per day.

The installation and commissioning of the entire cassava starch processing plant project finally took 5 months. After operation, our engineers have to stay for one more week to ensure the smooth operation of the entire factory and to impart knowledge of equipment maintenance to local workers.

According to our customers’ feedback, the raw materials there are very cheap, and the labor cost in Nigeria is also very cheap. The profit of one ton of tapioca starch can reach about US$150 to US$200 per ton based on the market price.
