Machine used for preparation of starch from potato

The potato starch preparation machine is independently developed by our company. The advanced preparation process of potato starch includes washing section, crushing section, sieve section, concentration section, dehydration section, and drying section.

Section 1: Cleaning and Cleaning

Dry sieve and drum washing machine can effectively remove fine sand and stones, and potato skins will be processed at the same time. This part can also be executed manually.

Section 2: Broken section

Coarse grinder is used for ultra-fine grinding of potato tissue cells made of stainless steel. The starch used to prepare starch from potato has the characteristics of large drum diameter and effective destruction of cell tissue.

Part 3: Screening part

The centrifugal screen is used to separate the pulp used to prepare starch from the potatoes. Its structural features include: unique internal and external cleaning nozzle structure, which can effectively prevent the screen from clogging and ensure long-term continuous operation of the equipment; the special sealing structure of the gearbox ensures an ideal seal between the screen and the discharge chamber. SKF bearings are sealed in machines used to prepare starch from potatoes. In addition, double-sided sealed bearings do not require additional lubrication during the entire production process.

Part 4: Concentration

The hydrocyclone unit is used for continuous separation, concentration and washing of potato starch. The tube and shell plate of the entire cyclone station is made of 304 stainless steel. The potato starch machine of the invention has less manual operation, stable working pressure, high efficiency and low water consumption. In addition, PLC centralized control can be realized.

Section 5: Dehydration part

Vacuum dehydration is suitable for the dehydration of potato starch after washing. The machine is made of stainless steel, the drum has no barrel structure, is equipped with a stainless steel filter cloth and a unique external high-pressure water spray cleaning device, which is fast and convenient, and is not easy to be blocked. The operation is convenient and stable, and starch can be obtained from potatoes.
